This Farmer Spotlight session will highlight Shaun Terry, who, along with his wife Sabrina, owns and operates Grateful Pastures Farm. Grateful Pastures raises Certified Organic pastured chickens and turkeys, and is starting a small raw milk dairy. Shaun will discuss many of the challenges that confront poultry growers who wish to become Certified Organic, and how Grateful Pastures overcomes these hurdles. Shaun will answer any specific questions the audience may have about the initial Organic certification process and procedures for maintaining certification.
